Commercial Bathroom Needs Remediation

Looking at these two photos it wouldn't look like we did very much if I showed the after picture of just the rags removed. The pictures with the air movers shows the process of removing base boards and drilling holes along the sheetrock.

The main reason for all this "extra work" is because there was water behind the walls. Our SERVPRO trained technicians know that stubborn water can get behind the baseboards which will then grow mold if not dried properly.

Once it is all dry we can reattach the baseboards and thoroughly clean this bathroom to be used once again.
