You can see in the first picture the broken ceiling landing on this chair. The roof had been leaking and over time it finally gave way on the floor above and flooded the room. These Stark County homeowners were not happy and very frustrated with the loss.

Once they called their insurance and SERVPRO of NW Stark County they felt a weight lifted. The problem was no longer their but in the hands of professionals.

 The carpet was fairly new and we were able to save it, along with the couch. The ceiling needed to be replaced but with some sheetrock and paint the place was looking good as new.
